The program is assigned for printing companies for calculations of the whole price, it calculates all of the items of the order. The purchase orders are saved by the name of the customers, when the program is saving the order, it asks if a folder of the name of the customer has been created, then the software saves the order by the name and the current date.
Most of the columns are connected between them. Also it’s possible to choose from sheet format, printing process, colouring, type of the paper and addition of the paper. The program
could calculate the whole costs for the paper, when the price of the paper is multipled with the quantity of the paper and the addition of the paper is counted to it. It also could count the preparation of the print, the price for print, metal master, colour, bindery, cheques, refunds, segmets, lamination, lacquer, UV lacquer, binding, numbering, EAN code, perforation, packaging and graphics. Individual calculated colums are added to the result schedule, when all the columns are added the whole price is calculated, it also supports the calculation for the single price. The software support working with five orders together and also calculations between them. You can create new order, load, save and print the order.
We provide modfying the software in accordance of the customers wants.
